Are you looking for an economical solution to gain more living space for your family – maybe an additional bedroom, needed office space, playroom for the kids, theater room, or just a cozy place to relax? Finishing your basement is the least expensive way, per square foot, to gain additional living space in your home. Consequently, the cost/benefit of a basement finish is a smart choice. Let Todd Construction turn your unfinished basement into a finished lower level.
Is your kitchen starting to look a little outdated or in need of attention because of normal wear and tear? Kitchen remodels yield some of the highest returns as an investment in your home and therefore is a good place to put your money. Because it is also one of the most expensive rooms to remodel, people tend to procrastinate on re-designing or updating them. However, not every situation warrants a full remodel. There are ways to give your kitchen a face lift without breaking the bank. We offer consultation and design services to assess different options on kitchen remodels.
Is the condition of your bathroom to the point of where you no longer feel comfortable telling your guests where the restroom is? Often times, bathrooms are one of the most neglected rooms and hold some of the most hidden dangers because of trapped moisture. Whether a moisture problem is present due to improper ventilation or failed caulking, such a problem adversely affects the indoor air quality of your home. Or, maybe you are just looking to upgrade your fiberglass unit to a custom tile shower with new plumbing fixtures. Whatever the case, we have the expertise to remodel your bathroom so you can again confidently direct your guests to the restroom.
Whether it is a built-in entertainment center, desk or simple storage cabinet, these can add functionality, while giving the appearance as if it's a part of the room. To help contain costs, we try to use stock cabinetry when possible. However, for those situations where stock cabinetry is not an option or something unique is desired, we have the experience and expertise to custom design beyond your imagination.
We do a lot of both dry and wet bars in our basement finish projects. Because most basements do not include the amenities of a kitchen, wet bars offer the functionality of a kitchen without taking up a lot of space. These bars are particularly convenient while entertaining guests in your newly finished basement.
We also do a lot of fireplaces in basement finish projects, however we have designed and built them for main level family/living rooms and master bedrooms. Fireplaces are a very economical way of adding elegance as well as bringing a sense of coziness to any room.

At Todd Construction, we are very particular on the quality of materials and products we use on any of our jobs. We usually give out a list of at least 8 references for you to call on. While references are helpful, we like to take it a step further by inviting you to visit any of our completed projects.
