Whether it is a built-in entertainment center, desk or simple storage cabinet, these can add functionality, while giving the appearance as if it's a part of the room. To help contain costs, we try to use stock cabinetry when possible. However, for those situations where stock cabinetry is not an option or something unique is desired, we have the experience and expertise to custom design beyond your imagination.

Wet & Dry Bars

We do a lot of both dry and wet bars in our basement finish projects. Because most basements do not include the amenities of a kitchen, wet bars offer the functionality of a kitchen without taking up a lot of space. These bars are particularly convenient while entertaining guests in your newly finished basement.

Fireplaces

We also do a lot of fireplaces in basement finish projects, however we have designed and built them for main level family/living rooms and master bedrooms. Fireplaces are a very economical way of adding elegance as well as bringing a sense of coziness to any room.

    At Todd Construction, we are very particular on the quality of materials and products we use on any of our jobs. Our philosophy is; any material or product we would not use in our own home, we would not use in yours.   • Does the contractor come highly recommended from his/her references? +

    We usually give out a list of at least 8 references for you to call on. While references are helpful, we like to take it a step further by inviting you to visit any of our completed projects.
